Lucas & Brianna

The Miller Plantation // Miami, FL

This day was long in the making--fourteen years to be exact, when Lucas and Brianna met in high school.

I absolutely love the way Lucas' dad and sister, Marianna, helped tell the whole story of their relationship in their toasts, from first meeting Brianna as Lucas' "secret" girlfriend, to now knowing each other so closely that they share the same bra size--haha! And can we just acknowledge how awesome their flower girls, err, flower GRANNIES were?!

This was such a fun one for me to thread together. Congrats Lucas and Brianna!

Matt & Christina

Loews Hotel // Miami Beach

Christina and Matt's elegant and modern wedding made me feel like I stepped into a party right out of "The Great Gatsby". From her incredible dress to the art deco decor--it all just fit so perfectly together.

I'm so impressed with the positivity of Christina's family despite having to relocate their wedding to a new venue after the recent hurricanes in Florida (AND her bachlerotte party after the hurricane in Puerto Rico--yeesh!) It all worked out absolutely perfect in the ends.

I had so much fun bringing in 2018 with this wild party--Congrats Christina and Matt!

Hani + Katrina

Scripps Seaside Forum // La Jolla, CA

Hani and Katrina had a gorgeous wedding overlooking the Pacific at Scripps Seaside Forum in San Diego. Their modern wedding was the perfect combination of Katrina's Philippino and Hani's Lebanese heritage! I love the way their pastor weaved in their story into the ceremony, sharing the incredible journey they've been on together from their upbringings, to med school, through residency--and the awesome journey they have are embarking on together as husband and wife. I'm so honored to tell their story and be apart of their day.

David + Jackie

Villa Punto de vist0 // manuel antonio, Costa Rica

From the monkeys howling, to the waves crashing on the rocky coastline, to the tropical flowers bursting with color--Costa Rica was everything I hoped it would be. This part of the coastline, Manuel Antonio, has got to be one of the prettiest places on earth. I could have spent a week here and felt like there was more to capture. David and Jackie's tropical wedding in a private villa was simply breathtaking.

Bill + Alex

Santaluz Club // San Diego, CA

Pretty. Pretty. Pretty! Alex and Bill's day was insanely gorgeous, which is fitting for a bride as flawless as Alex was. I that I think I probably captured about twenty minutes of just detail shots this day. I couldn't help myself--every single thing, from the flowers to the chuppah to the dessert table--it was all just so stunning.

I'm so glad I was able to capture the special story Alex and Bill have. Congrats to these two!

Scott + Jesika

Temecula Creek Inn // Temecula, CA

Vows. They are, in my opinion, the best part of a wedding day. And when a person feels the promises they are making so deeply and truly, that it moves them to tears, well that's the good stuff. And when it's not just us emotional gals but also the guys balling their eyes out too?! Well, it's game over. I'm done for.

Jesika and Scott made some of the most beautiful promises to each other, and I feel so privileged to have captured it for them. So many people shared such beautiful stories and words about their relationship, that it made telling their story a piece of cake.

All I can say, is you guys have a good thing going for ya.

Congrats Scott and Jesika!

Andrew + Megan

villa de amore // temecula, california

A gorgeous wedding in the vineyards of Temecula? Yes please. A wonderfully kind and incredibly good looking couple who is crazy about each other? Another yes. Their adorable golden doodle joining us for the photo session? Of course.

Suffice it to say, Andrew and Megan's day was *awesome*. I had SO much fun capturing it for them and telling a piece of their beautiful story together. Lots of goodness ahead for these two!

Congrats Andrew and Megan!

Josh + Erika

Greynolds Park // Miami, Florida

Editing films requires watching your video over, and over, and over again, tweaking and adjusting with every step. But this film, this wedding, was so incredibly beautiful, I found myself replaying it just out of sheer enjoyment.

Erika is an incredible film photographer, and Josh is a musician (who, I found out, was somewhat of a celebrity at my church when I was in high school for playing at our summer camp). Let's be honest: these two are just straight up cool. Beautiful on the inside and out, the deep-souled kind of people. But not the kind who call attention to themselves. They opted for a small, intimate family wedding, where they sealed their covenant a little hidden space under majestic oaks.

I was so privileged to be apart of the day, so honored to shoot for someone as talented in the wedding world as Erika is. Congrats Josh and Erika!

Brent + Amy

Private estate // West Palm Beach, FL

I'm not sure where to begin with describing the many reasons that Brent and Amy's wedding day was so beautiful. I mean, yes--it was absolutely gorgeous--from the first look in the jungles of West Palm Beach, to the perfectly placed backyard ceremony and reception, exploding with vibrant florals everywhere you turned.

Then there's Brent and Amy, who are two of the most joy-filled and genuinely kind human beings on the planet. Brent also does film, and made Amy a montage video to watch of their relationship when she was getting ready for the day. It had Amy bawling in tears and Shea and I absolutley speechless.

I'm not done.  Then there was the reception, where for the first time in my wedding video career I got a shout out in the father of the bride's toast--which is a hilarious story unto itself ;) And then there's Brent and Amy's family and friends--throwing down the most wild, fun, and entertaining dances moves I've ever seen.

I could go on.

But what strikes me the most is what these two promised during their vows, and they way they made those promises. It gets me every time, and I really can't explain it. I have know doubt in my mind these two have a very beautiful, God-honoring, and definitely FUN life ahead of them.

Congrats Brent and Amy!
